01Delivery options and charges

Both options cover every state and territory. Times are counted in business days from when we send your gift out, and remote areas can take a little longer.
02How delivery works
- You place your order and get an order number, such as PC-00012.
- We call to confirm the details and the expected delivery date.
- We pack your gift by hand, including your gift message.
- We deliver it to the receiver's address and phone them if needed.
03Surprise deliveries
Planning a surprise? Say so in the delivery instructions at checkout, for example "Please call the sender, not the receiver" or "Leave at the front door". We'll do our best to keep it a secret.
04Address and receiver
- Give the full street address, unit number, suburb, state and postcode. Checkout checks that the suburb, state and postcode match.
- Give a phone number the receiver will answer.
- If the receiver can't be reached after two attempts, we'll contact you to arrange another delivery. An extra delivery charge may apply.
