01Using this website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

02Orders

When you place an order, you'll see an order number such as PC-00012. We then call you to confirm the details; your order is accepted once confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the delivery address can't be reached or we suspect fraud. If you already paid, we'll refund you in full.

03Prices and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollar (AUD).
• Delivery charges depend on the delivery area and are shown before you place your order.
• Ways to pay: Cash on delivery.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we'll contact you before processing the order.

04Our products

Our gifts are handmade, so colours, flowers, wrapping and arrangement can vary slightly from the photos. Screens also show colours differently. Fresh flowers and some materials are seasonal and may be replaced with items of equal or higher value.

05Delivery

Please give a complete address and a phone number that will be answered. Delivery times are estimates we confirm when we call you. See Delivery Information for details.

06Gift messages and personalisation

We write gift messages and personalise items exactly as you give them, so please check the spelling. We may refuse messages or designs that are offensive or unlawful, or that use someone else's trademarks or photos without permission.

07Your account

Keep your password private and your details up to date. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

08Coupons and offers

Coupons can't be exchanged for cash. Each has its own minimum order, expiry date and usage limit, and only one coupon can be used per order. We may withdraw an offer that is being misused.

09Acceptable use

Don't misuse the website: no fraudulent orders, no attempts to break its security, and no copying of large parts of its content automatically.

10Our content

The Pratima Creation name, logo, product photos and text on this website belong to us and can't be copied or reused without our permission.

11Our responsibility

We take care to deliver what you ordered, on time and in good condition. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nepal's Consumer Protection Act, 2075.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Nepal. We'd always rather sort things out with you directly first.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
