The short version
- We only collect what we need to make and deliver your gift, and to run your account.

01Who we are
Pratima Creation ("we", "us") makes and delivers customised gifts in Nepal, such as money bouquets, chocolate bundles and gift hampers. This policy covers our website and orders placed through it, by WhatsApp or by phone.
02What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and phone number. Your password is stored scrambled (hashed), so no one, including us, can read it.
- Order details: the receiver's name, phone number and delivery address, delivery notes, gift messages, the items you ordered, any coupon used and how you chose to pay.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe.
- Security information: your IP address when a login attempt fails, used to block people guessing passwords.
- A session cookie that keeps your cart and login working. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not collect or store card numbers or wallet PINs. When you pay with PayID, the transfer happens inside your own banking app.
03How we use it
- To prepare, pack and deliver your order, and to call you to confirm it.
- To answer your questions and help with any problem with an order.
- To run your account and show your order history.
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud.
- To send you gift ideas and offers, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
05Information about gift receivers
When you send a gift, you give us the receiver's name, phone number and address. We use these only to deliver that gift and never add receivers to our mailing list. Please make sure the receiver would be happy for you to share their details with us.
06How long we keep it
- Orders: kept for as long as we need them for accounting and legal records.
- Accounts: kept until you ask us to delete yours.
- Newsletter: kept until you unsubscribe.
- Failed login records: deleted automatically after one day.
07How we protect it
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders, and forms are protected against forged submissions. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to keep your information safe.
08Your choices and rights
In line with Nepal's Individual Privacy Act, 2075, you can ask us to:
- show you the personal information we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete your account and personal information (we may need to keep order records required by law),
- stop sending you newsletters.

09Children
Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 without a parent's or guardian's involvement.
10Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
